@TeejayRx As a designer, I want to say UX, but for the consumer, beautiful is usable: good UI can retain a customer despite poor UX (to a certain degree). It's a bit easier to beautify UI, but no one wants to use an ugly product. https://t.co/b4WWfU0J9R
