@WinTheDay848 @pacificPDX I mean it's been shown to be a COX-2 inhibitor and anti-inflammatory. Also, taking the supplements with some fat (I use peanut butter) can improve bioavailability, kind of like vitamin D. https://t.co/7vllEJw2iP
