@TheNeuroTimes It's not out of the question. I generally think that people should be allowed (legally) to participate in much riskier experiments than currently. Of course, It would require revising issues of consent, liability. etc. I discuss this here:

@s8mb Also unhelpful when people talk of 'minimising risk' or 'maximising safety'; both of these always involve compromises with other objectives. Worth linking 'precautionary' with 'proactionary' principle. See e.g. Fuller & Lipinska's Proactionary I
