Abstract

This chapter gives an introduction to automated nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) structure calculation with the program CYANA. Given a sufficiently complete list of assigned chemical shifts and one or several lists of cross-peak positions and columns from two-, three-, or four-dimensional nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (NOESY) spectra, the assignment of the NOESY cross-peaks and the three-dimensional structure of the protein in solution can be calculated automatically with CYANA.

Attention Score in Context

Attention Score in Context

This research output has an Altmetric Attention Score of 3. This is our high-level measure of the quality and quantity of online attention that it has received. This Attention Score, as well as the ranking and number of research outputs shown below, was calculated when the research output was last mentioned on 15 December 2010.
All research outputs
#8,882,501
of 26,017,215 outputs
Outputs from Methods in molecular biology
#2,812
of 14,425 outputs
Outputs of similar age
#22,801
of 67,959 outputs
Outputs of similar age from Methods in molecular biology
#2
of 3 outputs
Altmetric has tracked 26,017,215 research outputs across all sources so far. This one is in the 42nd percentile – i.e., 42% of other outputs scored the same or lower than it.
So far Altmetric has tracked 14,425 research outputs from this source. They receive a mean Attention Score of 3.5. This one has gotten more attention than average, scoring higher than 73% of its peers.
Older research outputs will score higher simply because they've had more time to accumulate mentions. To account for age we can compare this Altmetric Attention Score to the 67,959 tracked outputs that were published within six weeks on either side of this one in any source. This one is in the 10th percentile – i.e., 10% of its contemporaries scored the same or lower than it.
We're also able to compare this research output to 3 others from the same source and published within six weeks on either side of this one.
